no, you are right. I believe they hang out outside of work. I mean, Kensi and Nell do, why not Deeks and Eric? but I don't believe it is behind everyone's backs.....thoug I do believe that Deeks has a bit of a hidden gamer inside him and Eric probably challenges him.
