What storyline carried over from last season are you most excited for?
Erin's downward spiral storyline (how she gets back on her feet with the help of her IU family and therapy) and Antonio owning the boxing gym.
What storyline carried over from last season are you least excited for?
I'm on the fence about Olinsky's newfound daughter (it's an overused trope on soap operas imo) and I don't want her to tear the Olinsky family apart because Alvin finally had some stability at home in late s2.
What character would you like to see get more focus this season?
Atwater and Jay
Are there any friendships you'd like to see developed this season?
Jay/Mouse, Erin/Kim, Hank/Alvin, Adam/Alvin
Are there any romances you'd like to see developed this season?
None new (hopefully) but more Linstead would obviously not hurt in my book! And if Burzek could get a better development this season, I'd like it. There were too many blanks to fill between their milestones in s2 and in all honesty, I kind of shipped them more in s1.
Any crossover pairings/interactions you'd like to see happen?
Jay and his brother Will is a must
Erin's interactions with Dr Charles have me SUPER stoked!
Characters from fire and med stopping by the gym to train or release the stress of the day
What would you like to see happen by end of season?
Intelligence having each other's back, always. Derek said that the theme of this season would be "family" so I'm excited to see how that translates on screen in each episode.
Learning more about Jay's past in the army and his personal backstory.
Jay and Erin in a steady relationship, having overcome all the obstacles thrown at them during the season. I want them to be happy and stronger than ever by the end of s3.

Casey and the club owner/hooker saga. That was so over the top and
What character would you like to see get more focus this season?
Brett. Maybe Cruz and Otis too
Are there any friendships you'd like to see developed this season?
Brett/Chili, Gabriela/Kelly and basically the guys on truck and squad bonding
Are there any romances you'd like to see developed this season?
I don't really care. It looks like the newbie Jimmy will be romantically involved with Chili so why not give it a try... but a love triangle with Brett would get exhausting really fast.
Any crossover pairings/interactions you'd like to see happen?
Platt and Mouch for comic relief?

no more crossover romances/one-night-stand's between characters from pd&fire, PLEASE. It's almost disgusting at this point
What would you like to see happen by end of season?
Casey and Dawson working things out (for the sake of their baby but not only) and stop with the Dawsey drama for awhile. Casey was written so ooc last season, it was utterly cringeworthy.
Hopefully no more "main" characters' departures from the show and a steady cast.

What character/actor are you most excited about seeing on the show?
Will Halstead and Dr Daniel Charles.
Any suggestions you can think of that could help make the show a success?
Making interesting medical stories and not becoming a soap like Grey's Anatomy. Also, allowing the audience to see a glimpse of the doctor's lives outside the hospital. Creating compelling crossovers with the two other Chicago shows.
It's early days but any possible ships yet?
Too soon to tell but maybe Will and Torrey Devitto's character.
Any last minute casting changes you'd make if you could?
Yaya DaCosta because I didn't like her acting in the pilot at all! She was bleak.

Nothing specific yet.
