Do you think the entire realm of Purgatory is forest? Kind of like how Arrakis from Dune is a desert planet or how there is a planet on Doctor Who that was made into one massive library, or do you think if we had a Purgatory tv series we would've seen other sites?
I love forest. Especially since humans (and occasional wildfires) on Earth have near wiped out every wooden area left.
If Benny decided to cut down some tress to make a house do you think other creatures would try to take it from him?
