I'm disgusted with the MTA Mobility system. My cards are going to expire on Friday and they didn't send me the application to renew in time. I had to call up to get them, then my doctor took forever to fill out the one part and now I have an appointment with Mobility on August 14th. Now I will have to pay to go out to places out of my pocket. It isn't my fault, it is theirs they were supposed to mail me the application back in April or May.
They also told me that it might take up to 21 days for them to make a decision on whether I deserve to have Mobility. I have been disabled since birth.
