Some observations on the trailers:
* Kara's opening narration mentions that Krypton was destroyed 24 years ago; since she left the planet at age 12, was found at age 12, and has only been on Earth for 12 years (she's 24 in the present-day scenes), there appears to be an unaccounted-for gap of 12 years between when Krypton blew up and when she arrived on Earth, hinting that they've incorporated the stasis element(s) of her various comic-book origin stories
* An adult Superman appears to be the person who finds Kara when she arrives on Earth
* Dean Cain and Helen Slater's roles may not have been officially revealed yet, but the First Look trailer makes it clear that they're playing the Danverses
* Cat Grant doesn't appreciate Kara's actions as her PA AT ALL (the second trailer really drives this home)
* I think we can definitively say that Lumberjack, the originally-announced initial opponent for Kara, became Vartox (Owan Yeoman)
* Kara's Heat Vision appears to be on the UV spectrum, which is why it appears "blue-hot"
