Finally a great episode of S5! The first three were very good, but didn't excite me as much as this one.
My favourite part was the touching scene between Stannis and his daughter Shireen.
My shipper heart also really liked when Jon says he loves Ygritte.
I thought Barristan would die as soon as he walks in the direction of the fight. With Daenerys saying
"Go, Ser Barristan. Sing a song for me" and Bronn/Jaime talking about songs people will sing when they die, I just had the feeling Ser Barristan would die.
It's always nice to see more of Dorne. Even though I should hate Jaime,
I'm enjoying watching Bronn and Jaime together. It's impressive how this show can easily create good dynamics/relationships between the characters.
Cersei is giving too much power to The Sparrows. I wonder what they would think about her relationship with Jaime...
And the thing that made me flip out... I could be wrong, but Stannis seemed to imply that Jon is not a bastard when he was talking with his wife about him. He said
"that's not Ned's way" or something like that.
