I am sorry i didn't realize that all characters couldn't be discussed here my bad
we were discussing actions and i still think all characters have made bad choices some more then others but no one is above approach.
As for regina i think that if regina suddenly only made the right choice that would be a little off for me characters like regina and hook (hopefully it is ok to discuss hook) they tend to sometimes not make the right choice that is what makes them who they are but this all my opinion I think that this arc is a lot about showing that all characters can make bad choices but doesn't mean they are evil
