I actually thought his reaction to Zelena revealing herself was quite strong. He jumped back from her and then was in such stunned shock that Regina had to yell at him twice to get him to hear her. And the look on his face when he said he couldn't leave Z there was very distressed and upset, I thought. Jmho.

I think we all missed Robin's reaction in the shock of first seeing that scene. I know I didn't realize until I saw these gifs how shocked he was.
