Assuming we get a Season 4, I wonder if, they'll return where they left off, or do a time jump and catch viewers up with flashbacks and storytelling.
Recovering from a transplant can be a lenghty, tough process, especially the first few months. If done remotely realistically, it wouldn't lend itself to good storylines for Deacon.
I can see them doing. 2-3 month jump forward and catch us up. But, I'm probably wrong!
