Most likely they already know each others blood types so if they already know Rayna has a different blood type she wouldn't need to be tested. But still some mention of that would be nice... hopefully soon

That's what I was thinking too. I'm sure she already knows she doesn't have the same blood type, but it should have been mentioned in this past episode.
