We will see. Still, not only that scene has not aired, so, it shouldn't even be on the recap, but the recap got wrong when it said Will stole the potion, when Robin gave it to him.

Also, just because there is a scene with Regina stealing Belle's heart, if it happens in front of Rumple, it could be accorded between both women with them playing him.

We won't know until it airs. I hope Regina asks her first, and it would make much more sense than her stealing it against Belle's will, BUT, with this show, we never know.
