The girl that tweeted some days ago she was on the same plane with hayden is in San Diego now. So I bet Hayden stays with MSE and his wife also there and later they possibly fly to Miami, to Wlad and Kaya.
Also other Nashville actors tweeted or posted pics of being on Holiday. I think before filming the last eps, cast and crew maybe have 1-2 weeks spare time
