Same here. In season 8, it seemed like the writers tried to turn their friendship into this super deep bromance and it was a little weird I'm all for a good bromance, but some of their scenes and dialogue was kind of out character for the both of them. And now I'm thinking about Nathan crying over Clay getting shot while watching horses run around
