The centric episodes really screwed up this season.. and TOO MUCH focus on this Herman storyline. That I still could careless about.
The point is that they've could focus on Mer's career without Derek or Cristina, since she was on her own in the hospital for the first time, and they couldn't even do that. From episode 15 till the finale there's only 9 episodes left and still too much going on to tell the Meredith and MerDer storyline right... it feels so little left and so much time wasted.
