I hate what they did to her character in Gen 2. I love her character because she just had this mysterious side to her, but she doesn't seem like the person I would be friends with. I loved her in Gen 1 though. I liked the Cook/Effy dynamic because what was first just your average fling turned out he was actually in love with her, and I thought that was interesting.
I'm pretty sure she got her bitchy attitude from her brother, but idk, I'm weird and I loved them both.
I seem to be more into the complicated characters and Effy was definitely complicated.
