I liked the storyline but it didn't move along as usual .. we thought it was kinda slow.
Since that doctor was the monster, Zed should've asked for a second opinion on the tumor.
I was unclear about one thing .. was the piece of shrapnel near the doctor's heart, which he got in Baghdad, supposedly a shard of the purple diamond? And that made him the monster?
Chas is such a great guy. I'd watch a show just about him.
