Don't think that's gonna happen.
1) They are on different shows, they'll probably continue crossing over but neither are gonna stay on the perspective shows.
2) Both Barry & Felicity are in love with other people. I hate how AK tries to sell her as she has 3 love interests when in reality she only has one. And no,I don't count Ray as her love interest because he sucks plus he'll also probably be leaving soon.
