They usually don't follow the comic storyline verbatem, I hate how they have butchered alot of the X Men characters and narratives in the films (God I hate what they have done to Storm and Rogue, or that awful Dark Pheonix crap from X Men 3) but I still enjoy some of them. X Men 2 and DOFP were really good, the best ones IMO.
