After watching Night Two, I'm willing to say what I couldn't quite say after Night One: Ascension should've been promoted with the "nothing is real" meta-concept front and center, because the only thing they accomplished by hiding it was to piss people off.
It is what it is, though, and I do want to see the ending, so I'll be watching tonight as well.
