She's one dimensional and at some point creators basically just stopped developing her character. I warmed up to her because of Andy, but their relationship started to feel stale too. All in all, she wasn't my favorite, but I didn't get to the point where I would consider her horrible.
Now that you've said it, I see more April in Rosa than Gina.
