would be unfrozen when the SQ is defeated. But this whole thing about them needing to leave to save her life throws out that idea because if she's already unfrozen then why would they need to leave town? Unless she wakes up and is in danger again 5 minutes later which wouldn't surpise me either. I vote they just push her over the town line. She's been living in the forest for years, she probably has great survival skills, she'll be okay.

I've also heard a threory that they aren't leaving town, but going back to the EF so she can be healed by that rock troll in Arendelle.

This is all just guessing, it probably won't be any of these.
