Yes. And Damon/Stefan and their gunshot wounds should be similar to Alaric's case. The only vampire who I think couldn't be saved in time is Enzo actually because he is in the last stage of consumption and apparently even the vampire blood that turned him didn't heal him.
Human!Elena would change the triangle for sure, since only Vampire!Elena ~belongs with Damon.
