front page, go to the main category for the board, then jot down the total number of posts for the board. So 90210 would be under TV Shows: Past. The current number is 409,956. The next time you want to check, usually the following week, do the same thing and subtract the numbers.
The number of posts on the board will also show up in your User CP if you're subscribed to the board.
