This pretty much sums up their relationship. Harry is under so much pressure to be this beacon of hope as the flawless Chosen One and because of that, he keeps a lot to himself but when he meets brutally honest yet non-judgemental Luna, he's found someone he can be honest with. In Luna's case, she's found someone who isn't turned off by her eccentric personality and has gained several best friends through meeting Harry and becoming a part of his army, so now she can really shine like the star she is. These two are so perfect for each other in that they give each other what they need the most.
