Porn addiction is a very serious matter and would be very interesting for Degrassi to tackle. I'm 26 (and a female + started earlier than that so I worry about my younger relatives falling into that). I don't think I have any -addiction-. Probably more addicted to playing those games on Facebook, lol. Plus keeping up with EXO and BTS.
It would fit Hunter. I do wish they'd have a storyline where a girl gets addicted to porn, though. It does happen and it'd be less of a one-gender issue if they presented a girl as the victim of the porn addiction. The last porn mention we had was Eli's weird-ass roommate masturbating to a porno on his laptop.
The 'disturbing' word being used for the summary, though, makes me think it's something more than just 'run-of-the-mill' porn and it's probably even darker than that. What if it's about gore? Though part of me thinks that with how the minds of the writers work, it'll be about 'misogyny'.
