His racing plans shouldnt affect the show. FIA WEC season begins in April so considering, he must be free by that time as Grey's season finale shooting always end around that time. Hardest time will be in 2015 around october and november where there's more races for the WEC but the rest is just one race per month, so more or less the same schedule as his schedule for IMSA. Indeed there's less races in WEC...
And he wasnt waiting until the fall finale, in their last race in Oct at Petit Le Mans, they already announced their plans would be released in November around the LA Auto Show. I think is just councidence the fall finale and the release of his plans go the same week...
