I know, I don't like the thought or idea of it taking years but Broadway outs the DVD years after the plays/revivals finish their run. I checked the playbill, broadway.com store and a few other places.
Plus, I may have sent emails to OMAM.
They are very nice and all but said Broadway is not in the habit of releasing things on DVD but 'Mr. Franco' seems to be in talks to break the norm. Hopefully Mr. Franco is very successful.
Last musical to go on DVD was 'Memphis' and play was 'A Raisin in the Sun' (not 100% sure)
