I think they stayed in the city. I don't know, I just don't see them moving to the suburbs, like Chandler and Monica. They would have moved to a bigger apartment though, when their second child came along. Ross is still at the museum and perhaps Rachel ended up working for Louis Vuitton after all, but in NYC.

They hang with Phoebe and Mike - and their kids, frequently, as they also continued to stay in the city. And they see Chandler and Monica every weekend.
