Bake for 15 mins or until the pastry is risen and golden and the base is crisp.
A little, lighter than a quiche and a lot more tastier, in my opinion. You can use feta or goats cheese though

That sounds really good! Overall mom's check up went well. The doc changed her medication, so there will be some follow up with that.
