Genuinely curious, but how do you figure they're endgame? As a fairly casual viewer I was under the understanding that Oliver/Arrow ends up with Laurel/Black Canary via the comic books. How is it that Oliver and Felicity would already (in the 3rd season) be considered endgame? I mean I've seen shows go off their guidelines like Smallville did with Green Arrow ending up with Chloe, but he wasn't the main character of the show and BC never was really prominent on Smallville. So how do you figure Oliver/Felicity will be endgame?

Because they will.
Apparently the current DC continuity chose to use the original BC, not the second BC, who is the one associated with GA. The BC is married to some other guy.
A friend who is a comics expert gets so irritated when someone calls Laurel Lance the BC of comics. It seems she was never called Laurel, always Dinah. Laurel was just to distinguish her from the original.
With the original BC in comics currently it actually supports the original, Sara, being BC on the show.
