I have Netflix. Hulu is good if you want to catch up on the latest episodes, since Netflix doesn't update new episodes right away. Hulu also has some shows Netflix doesn't (like every season of Law & Order: SVU). Personally, Netflix has everything I care about at the moment, so I have no use for Hulu really. I just make sure I'm home on Thursday nights so I can see my Grey's and I'm good.
(And if I'm not, well, I have workarounds).
