I'm sure that Hayden will have filled Zach in about Derrick's part in how close it came to Zach almost being evicted when he was on the block w/Jocasta. However I don't think Zach will hold it against Derrick and would still vote for him to win if he makes f2.
I've been thinking of all sorts of f3 scenarios and I think its way too risky for Derrick to let Victoria make it to f3 because if the third person were to win final HOH they would get greedy and take Victoria to f2 to insure that they get the win.
