I don't want Henry to blackmail anyone. But I would love to see him acting out and doing something wrong. The closest he's come was wanting to run away in 3.19. But he has been through so much lately between being kinapped, separating from most of his family, losing his father and finding out his life was a lie as he deals with two sets of memories. Add in that he is at the most difficult age for kids and you have a recipe for some rebellion.
