I was doing pretty well, it's real, I understand it...I can't change it. Tomorrow I'll say good bye. But the closer tomorrow gets....it's not so okay anymore....
I got to see my Little Man today. He had a very rough start to life, he was born addicted to some pretty strong meds that his mother refused to stop taking...I watched him go through withdraw as newborn....helped his father in anyway I could which was usually just loving on that sweet sweet baby., while he had to deal with his other kids.....I've gotten to see him thrive...he's starting 1st grade in the Fall...he's healthy, happy and all boy...into everything....it was what I needed to see...good does come from bad....I don't know what yet will be good from this weeks events...but it'll happen...eventually...
How amazing is the human sprit that we can bounce between moments of joy and pain.
