And about Ep 4: It is technically out. If you have Optimum as your Cable Provider it's on Disney Channel On Demand which is a feature you have to pay $5 monthly for on your cable bill.
I have Optimum Cable but I don't wanna pay the extra $5 so I didn't watch it
