"Ghost Henry" will just have to suck it in after all the unhappiness he brought to Catherine in their marriage. It would serve him right to have to see her being courted by other men.
On the other hand, it could be like an old movie from the 1940s called "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir". In England a widow rents a house that comes with it's own resident ghost, the previous owner. He was a sea captain in life and they fall in love.
