I know that there's an actual following for the number 47, and a site with its importance, not related in any way to Alias, that was posted a looong time ago, I don't have the link though.
Maybe I'm just naive, but I guess I've always thought that the 47 was something JJ would throw in to remind us that everything is connected to Rambaldi ... there were episodes last season when things would happen on floor 47, could that POSSIBLY have some other significance, other than a not-so-gentle reminder of Rambaldi?
