I definitely think this is going to do wonders for Stuart's self confidence.
Having another person in his life to spend time with who aren't his parents or his therapist should be good, and I think this makes him feel needed and wanted somewhere in a way that comic book store didn't.
I'd love for him to stay longer, like living there even after he goes back to the comic book store, and having Howard be annoyed/jealous. This has certainly set up a lot of great possible storylines for next season.
