That is a very good question. Had the curse not happened, I think they would have had several. Now, I expect they will have at least one more. Both Snow and Charming were raised as only children. While technically Neal is not an only child, he will be raised like one because Emma is so much older. I can see them wanting to raise Neal with a sibling close to his own age.
