Yes. Gabriel and Riley fired at Weatherly just as he was about to shoot the governor. Weatherly ran off and while Riley stayed with the governor, Gabriel ran after Weatherly and used satellite powers to see him hiding behind a tree. He pulled a gun on Weatherly who was arrested and jailed.
