Yeah, I expected the structure that everyone else called "confusing". You don't have to understand everything lineally for it to make sense. By the end of the episode, I wasn't confused at all, I thought it was brilliantly executed.

I think it helped that I knew what was coming as well. It went pretty much exactly how I expected. Those who didn't read the sides/pay attention to spoilers may have been more confused, I guess.
