I think parts of it were in-character (esp when it was Will talking or Finchel-related stuff), but some things might be purely Dianna. There are definitely moments where Quinn has been into the performances during Glee Club. She enjoyed the April/Will duet in Rumours, was into Valerie 2.0 during 100, and EVERYONE was into Amber's "And I am Telling You I'm not going" (although I think that was more of everyone reacting to Amber slaying them all with her vocals than them reacting to her as Mercedes).
