It's probably not but I don't see the point of showing us her pov spanning over the entire series and having so many question Rae so much on this. Especially if the show keeps showing it from Rae's pov.
They really do so either it might be rushed or there will be a ton of open endings and maybe everyone starting to get better but not quite there yet.
