Yes in France like everywhere I guess we have different accents with the region where you live.
In the North there are the "ch'ti" accent (maybe you know the movie) who's very different of the "midi" accent, the South accent. And the South accents are differents if you are from the west south or not. Also there are accent who tends to German in the Alsace-Lorraine.
So yes we have many accents!
