Honestly I got out of TVD a few years ago. Swore to myself I would never watch another Julie Plec produces.
Honestly I don't think the problem just lies within TVD, I've seen a bit of complaints that lie within Reign. For one is advertised a love triangle. I think a lot of people are fed up with love triangles on the CW especially between two brothers. The historical inaccuracies in several different areas.
Personally I wonder if Reign wasn't based off historical figures and was just a fantasy/medieval time period. If it would do better, or worst.
