You may be stubborn but that is not why you went back to CNRI. You went back because you’re a good person who knew those records/files represented people who needed your help and you had to do all you could not to fail them.
Tommy didn’t know Oliver warned you not to go down to the Glades. Tommy didn’t think you would be at CNRI because you’re stubborn. He knew you’d be at CNRI… because he knew you’re a good person. You being a good person is one of the reasons he loved you and he came to save you because he loved you.
