Ward was definitely jealous of Miles. I am happy too that this happened early on. I don't like Ward knowing the real reason as well why Skye is targeting SHIELD. I'd like for Skye to gain back that trust she got from Ward without him knowing the real reason. I can see a lot of appreciative smiles from Skye here on in.

I look into things way too much and this scene was probably foreshadowing.
