Like others here I think I'll have to re-watch to get some of the more subtle things that were going on.
I liked Parsons repenting on what he did to the team. Jimmy was cute and I liked his thing with the view screen. McGee and his girlfriend are sweet. Ducky knocking out the guy who was snooping/hacking the morgue was great. I liked the IM'ing between Tony and Ziva too.
