The book thief. Truly captivating book. Takes place Nazi Germany time. It is narrated by death who tells a story of a girl who finds a book in a graveyard called "a gravediggers handbook" while attending her brothers funeral. Story follows her and her love of books and her streak of stealing them. They help her understand the atrocious world around her. Really great, I think they are making a movie of it.
