For me, anywhere between 4 hours and 4 weeks depending on the book and whatever time I have. When I do read, mostly it's stuff I've written for proofreading purposes, but as far as a published book, a short one, usually 4 hours, a medium sized book about a day or two, and anything longer than 400, anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.
